The Democracy Placebo

Dictatorship: Rule through threat of violence or incarceration
All governments are dictatorships. Whether its one person dictating for decades, or a senate, monarchy,or congress or Parliament, all governments are dictatorships. Democracy just means you get to pick a new dictator every few years. Democracy is picking a different person/party thats going to do the same shit and maintain the status quo.

The masses are so brainwashed into thinking democracy gives them some kind of control over their government is the biggest placebo there is. The governments purpose has always been to administer to the masses on behalf of industry(in a capitalist system) or on behalf of the established religion(in a theocracy). Well both are the same since money is just a religion anyways.

Governments makes the rules and set the mind set to allow the rich to exploit the masses in the most profitable way. Government was created by the rich, for the rich. Ever see a poor man become president, or prime minister? A poor man cant even attempt to run for office, it takes lots of money for campaigning.

Thus, only rich people ever fill the highest positions of any government. The rich politicians and legislators make the rules and policies to keep their elite club of fellow rich on top.

I've tried the democracy thing, but it doesn't work for me because my party never ever wins. I always vote for no government. The propaganda office calls those of us whom don't vote apathetic. Its not apathy, that is our vote.... no vote, no government, we are voting for no government. And when there is a 46% turnout of voters, that means 54% also voted for no government. If democracy was what it actually describes itself to be, then after a 46% turnout, the government should disband. The majority have selected no government.

Instead, the government is selected from the majority of votes from that 46%. Thus 23%+1 of the population choose the next government. How is it democracy when less then a quarter of the population chose that government? Lets take it to the extreme argument and say only 10 people how up to vote. Six of those voters choose the government for the entire country. Democracy is such a bad joke. Government does not represent the people, it represents the people that voted for them, which is ALWAYS a small minority of a population.
